A library conceptualised by two girls opened
here on Wednesday to spread the joy of reading among underprivileged children.
12-year-old Manaswi Dugar and her nine-year-old sister Suhasini Dugar convinced
their parents to open a free reading room with a thousand books in Ballygunge
