THE DIGITAL SHIFT

THE DIGITAL SHIFT

Indian educational institutions are making the much-needed move from using traditional ways of teaching to ones that involve technology

NCR-based Genesis Modern School has everything that would attract a modern parent – virtual labs, robotics labs, STEM lab, digital tools, smart classrooms, etc. Basically, it ensures that technology is incorporated in every aspect of a student and teacher’s learning cycle.

But it is not alone in riding high on technology. Tamil Nadu-based SRM Institute of Science and Technology – a deemed University — uses blended learnings and flipped classrooms format (an instruction strategy that reverses the traditional ways of teaching by delivering content online and even outside of classrooms).
