AICTE:
Redressal of Grievance of Students- Regulations, 2019
The
statutory body AICTE had notified the said regulation on 2nd December 2019
The education
institution which comes under the supervision of AICTE may be in problem if
they do not follow particular obligatory requirement which notified through the
said regulation.
They have to publish
their prospectus at least 60 days before the beginning of admission with actual
and precise information. Even every institute has to upload the brochure on the
website.
If any institute
fails to comply with the mandatory requirement, the AICTE can withhold the
funds of that institute, and they can also withdraw their affiliation and
blacklist them.
