An excellent start for the day, we had an
interactive brainstorming session with eminent personalities, Dr. Shantanu
Ganguly, from TERI.
We had discussed many things about the KM &
Business Development and how we can improve the existing KM system.
We also discussed how KM & Library Team members
coordinate with the Knowledge Coordinators and establish KM Centre for
excellence at the strategic & operational level.
Brief about Dr. Shantanu Ganguly
Shantanu Ganguly
Fellow, Knowledge Management Division, The Energy
and Resources Institute (TERI), New Delhi, India
He had vast experience, aided
with active networking, and focused learning. He is passionate about pursuing
Knowledge Networking, KM Value Analysis, and change management across different
cultures globally.
He is an active speaker at
various forums and conferences.
He has handled several leading
projects of TERI. He has been an integral part of the plans of bi-lateral,
multi-lateral and government bodies, in setting up their knowledge management
systems, database management systems, and devising communication strategy and
content management.
He has developed several
Professional Development Programs and given a new dimension to the capacity
building programs using Case-based teaching.
He is an excellent communicator
in Infopreneurship, Knowledge Management, Business Communication Strategy,
Project Management, and Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
