A feed aggregator
that translates too
There is a
new feed aggregator, Gentle Reader, that lets you keep track of updates on
websites, like news portals and blogs. It is available now for web and iOS,
with the Android version soon to be launched. Once you sign up, you can
customise the feeds by removing what you don’t want and adding new news feeds
that you would like to track. Gentle Reader allows readers to browse, bookmark,
save and share articles. It also incorporates Google Cloud Translate for
instant translation of foreign-language feeds into English, enabling users to
read foreign-language newspapers. It also features ‘connective intelligence’,
allowing readers to discover and follow other readers whose feeds and bookmarks
most closely match their own.
