P.G. Diploma in Knowledge Management [PGDKM] - under UGC innovative programme - is a one year Post Graduate Diploma Course (University of Kerala)

Applications are invited for admissions to the Post Graduate Diploma in Knowledge Management (PGDKM) offered by the University of Kerala as part of UGC Innovative Programme.

There is probably no segment of activity in the world attracting as much attention at present as that of knowledge management. According to Evalueserve, a global market research and Intellectual Property services firm and a pioneer in providing Knowledge Process Outsourcing [KPO] services, KPO is estimate d to reach USD 5o billion by 2012, out of which 70% would be outsourced ton India. The transition of the world into knowledge economy would increase the demand for knowledge workers in future. Thus the scope of the new course would be to provide training in the know ledge domain so that the trained manpower can straight away become efficient resources in the industry.
