Consumer court orders college to refund fees

A CONSUMER court ruled in favour of a fashion designer to get her a refund of fees and compensation from a Lower Parel- based fashion designing college, which was conducting classes for under graduates and post- graduates in one class. The complainant had also told court that the institute was not recognised.
