copyright work is fair or not, but none of these factors are determinative.
First Factor @ is the purpose and the character of the
use
Second Factor @ talks about the nature of the copyrighted
work.
Third Factor @ talks about the amount and substantiality
of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole.
Fourth Factor @ talks about the effect of the use upon the
potential market in regard to the copyrighted work.
