Landmark Reform @ Higher Education – UGC (Online Course) Regulations, 2018

In May 2018 MHDR, Govt of India issued a notification that UGC accepted the UGC Online Course Regulation Act 2018, this is treated as one of major reform in Higher Education.

This regulation will be made applicable from the academic session 2018-2019.

With the power of this statute, the HEIs (Higher Educational Institutions) can now offer certificate, diploma and degree programs online.
