Education @ Re 1 for farmers’ kids at DY Patil

Mumbai: Taking inspiration from the State government, Ajeenkya D Y Patil
University has announced to provide education at Re 1 to 11 children of farmers
who committed suicide. University said this is an effort to bring these
deprived students into mainstream of the society. Inspired by the Chief Minister,
Dr Ajeenkya DY Patil, president of Ajeenkya DY Patil University, made the said
announcement.
