Learning from Communication Skill Workshop

Last week I attended a short Workshop on “Communication Skills: The Key to Success,” which was performed by Ms. Sabira Merchant at BSE.

She had clarified some of the crucial characteristics for superb communication, they are

·         Clarity

·         Speed

·         Enunciation

·         Pronunciation

·         Emphasize

·         Grammar

·         Articles

·         Fillers

·         Body Language

·         Eye Contact

·         Humour

To attain success in any domain of industry we must have a good communication skill, so to enhance our communication she gives some mantra’s they are

·         Read A Loud

·         Newspaper Reading – in particular editorial part of TOI
