Am happy to inform you that I
had received a Special Award –“Sh Sukhdev
Sing Award”, the award is for differently abled LIS Professional
working in India which was announced at National Conference on Role of
Libraries in Social Empowerment which was organized by Compact Society for
Social Welfare (CSSW) in association with Library Professionals Associations
(LPA) & Association of Media Libraries and Archives (AMLA) on 21st
and 22nd October 2016 at Gandhi Peace Foundation New Delhi.

It is totally outcome from my
TISS PGDLIM learning, I had mentioned that how a LIS professional after
upgrading their knowledge with such innovative course. How an LIS professional can implement same
knowledge in the society for the betterment of any Library.
