NCPCR releases national report on safe and secure school environment – Library Recommendation is also there

On Thursday, with the help of around 2 lakh school students from 26,071 schools across India, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) released a report on "safe & secure school environment".

It took almost 2 years for the students to inspect & submit the reports from twelve different states.
This manual is a compilation of various existing guidelines, circulars, notifications, government orders on Safety and Security related issues in schools issued from time to time. National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) has prepared this manual with guidance from an Expert Group constituted by the Commission.

In this manual they had also given their recommendations for the library
