Invited as a Keynote Speaker in the International Conference on “Technology Transfer & Innovation in Library Management” at Poona College (Poona Institute of Management Sciences and Entrepreneurship) dated 7th March 2020. 

I talked on PKM – From Organisation Level to Individual Level.  

We had discussed how LIS professionals could use personal Knowledge Management tools for their effective working. 

Many times, we do a lot of research and save it on the system, but if we don’t reuse them, then it will be a liability, and if we use it, then it can be termed as a personal asset.

Many thanks to Dr. Mubarak Tamboli, Librarian, PIMSE, for great honor and excellent welcome.
