National Quality Education Forum @ Opposes HRD press release that exempts Ph.D from mandatory NET/SET
According to forum they don’t want to compromise on the quality and standard of higher education that’s why they are opposing the HRD decision.
They also criticised so many colleges becoming autonomous recently, claiming that the colleges lacked infrastructure and qualified teachers.
