On Tuesday 21^st January 2020, I got an opportunity to listen to the legend in our domain Dr. Rajendra Kumbhar Sir, at One Day National Level Seminar “Transform Work Culture in Academic & Public Libraries: Challenges & Opportunities”, NKT College Thane.

As usual, Sir had hit the century without a single slide, Sir; we all LIS professionals are eager to learn these techniques from you.

Reverse Mentoring: In Industry, we are experiencing a Reverse Mentoring concept for Work Culture Transformation (WCT).

Business Intelligence Update: In Industry we are providing BI Updates such type of initiative should carry out in Academic Library under WCT

DIY (Do It Yourself): In today's digital world, every professional need to reskills themselves to sustain in this competitive world. Academic or Industry can upgrade their skills through online education portal options; that concept is called DIY.

Internship: My kind request to all young LIS students should explore this practice with the help of an Internship, which gives you practical aspects of the profession.

In today's era professional are busy with Deep Work, Busy Work & Social Work, there is technological assistance which will help you with Busy & Social work. But Deep Work should be carried by professionals only.

One of the experts from the Industry had mentioned that two critical factors are there for today's competitive world; they are Money & Skills. So, we have to reskill ourselves to sustained.

Human Library: We are experiencing a new experiment in the LIS domain that is Human Library that is also WCT.

BYOD (Bring Your Devise): The concept very much familiar in Western Countries, and the same is gaining moment in India; this is also WCT.

Predictive Analysis: It can be a new service from the Library.
