But we need is to exercise Personal Knowledge Management, or PKM, Why we have to shift from KM to PKM? Because we really need are mindful, disciplined processes for managing it on a daily basis.

Personal Knowledge Management is a KM theme that focuses on individual responsibility for learning, connecting, organizing and producing knowledge.
