Shameem Khan Education is about learning, not teaching. As Galileo Galilei said, " You cannot teach a man anything; you can only help him find it within himself." That shouldn’t mean that that people who are illiterate are bad human beings. But having said that, education does help shape the kind of people we are and who we may become.
It is interesting to observe how bookish knowledge can shape and refine our thinking, attitudes and behaviour in our individual and public life. In short, education is very important, and it really does help to improve your quality of life.
Education, opens the mind, encourages a search for truth and develops a mind that can engage critically with many different ideas.
